The object of the utility model is a mop, the design of which improves the washing efficiency.

Keeping flat surfaces, such as floors clean, is not a major problem for small floor areas. However, maintaining order on large surfaces, such as industrial floors, becomes problematic. In such a case, self-propelled washing or vacuuming devices are helpful, but they do not allow reaching all places. Additionally, the introduction of a self-propelled vacuum cleaner or washing vehicle is limited by architectural obstacles such as stairs, narrow passages or interior fittings, for example shop shelves. In such a situation, the mop is the most effective tool for maintaining cleanliness, while eliminating the excessive load on the human musculoskeletal system.

For home use, mops with small mop heads, such as circular mops, will suffice. The mop head is then provided with a tuft of washing fibers typically made of fabric or string, as for example disclosed in industrial design Rp-9197.

It is also possible to use a sheet of material held by the mop stick holder. This solution is presented by the industrial design Rp-10860.

It is also possible to replace the fiber bundle or fabric with a rigid element between which and between the substrate and the substrate are washing means, usually made of fabric. An example is the Rp-7595 floor scrubber known as the industrial design. It consists of movably connected wings with clips placed on them to hold the washing fabric. In the mop's axis of symmetry there is a stick seat, which is the axis of rotation of the stick relative to the mop head. W028124341 also discloses a mop whose tip has a variable length. Before applying the washing cloth with the help of the lever, the sliding wings of the mop are pulled towards the seat of the stick, and after attaching the fabric and releasing the lever, they stretch the fabric, improving washing efficiency. This solution also allows to eliminate possible changes in the length of the washing fabric caused by wear or fluctuations in humidity, so that the fabric remains stretched and not only does not fall off, but also better adheres to the ground. This enables thorough cleaning of horizontal surfaces with slight irregularities (convexities), any dents and defects of the cleaned surface may turn out to be difficult to clean with the disclosed structure.

For such purposes, mops with flexible tips, for example, made of a sponge, are more suitable. An example is a mop according to WO09959459, the tip of which is provided with a sponge detachably connected to the tip of the mop by means of twisted catches. Due to the material characteristics of the sponges, mops of this type are not suitable for use on surfaces with sharp edges, as well as with significant roughness, as this leads to the rapid wear of the mop.

A sponge damaged by such elements should be replaced, but before this happens, it is possible that during use, fragments of the sponge will remain on the cleaned surface. This problem is eliminated by covering the sponge with a layer of fabric. Then the sponge acts as a store of moisture and a moisture-absorbing factor during work.

Covering the sponge with a fabric extends the mop's efficiency, but prevents the user from properly removing the excess liquid accumulated in the sponge. In addition, the sponge also collects a significant amount of fine impurities, which in the case of organic impurities leads to the formation of unpleasant odors.

Sanitary mops are more practical, the head of which can be completely rinsed off after each soiling, as is the case with the aforementioned wing (folding) mo-ups. In their case, the user can properly rinse the entire washing fabric, which then does not pose a sanitary or aesthetic problem. The use of mops with deformable cleaning tips allows for more thorough cleaning of the treated surface.

The mop cover and the mop with a cleaning pad combine the features of mops with deformable (flexible) cleaning tips with the features of quick wear and biological corrosion resistant flat mops.

There are also at least two, preferably four flexible holders for the washing fabric in the articulated stick seat. The mop cover has a plane that cooperates with the mop by means of fasteners, on which the side facing the floor is provided with projections uniformly with the plane. The protrusions are preferably flexible and have a preferably non-smooth surface. The surface roughness of the protrusions prevents the mopping of the washing cloth with the pad from moving. After the mop pad is applied to the cleaning pad and the pad tabs in the cleaning pad slots are latched, a mopping cloth is applied to the pad and pad assembly, held by at least two flexible grips. When the mop cloth comes into contact with the substrate, the protrusions of the mop cover stretch the mop cloth while pushing it towards the substrate. As a result, the mop according to the invention effectively cleans flat surfaces as well as any convexities and concave areas in such surfaces. The mop comprises a cleaning head 1 equipped with an articulated seat 2 of a stick 3 and seats 4 cooperating with the catches 5 of the mop cover 6.
