Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest kompozytowa konstrukcja przekładkowa, która charakteryzuje się tym, że w części środkowej konstrukcji przekładowej znajduje się arkusz blachy ze stopu magnezu (1) o grubości od 1 mm do 15 mm, do którego górnej powierzchni przylega adhezyjnie warstwa samonaprawiająca się (2) o grubości od 100 µm do 0,3 mm składająca się z mikrokapsułek o wielkości od 25 µm do 100 µm, z których każda składa się z powłoki z poli(izobutylidenokarbodiimidu) w octanie n-propylu w ilości 55% wagowo oraz wypełnienia z poliasparaginianu metylenu w ilości 40% wagowo oraz (3-izocyjanatopropyl)trietoksysilanu w ilości 5% wagowo, połączonych z żywicą epoksydową. Do warstwy samonaprawiającej się (2) przylega adhezyjnie warstwa piany aluminiowo-ceramicznej (3) o grubości od 5 mm do 6 mm. Do warstwy piany aluminiowo-ceramicznej (3) przylega adhezyjnie warstwa samonaprawiająca się (2) o grubości od 100 µm do 0,3 mm składająca się z mikrokapsułek o wielkości od 25 µm do 100 µm, z których każda składa się z powłoki z poli(izobutylidenokarbodiimidu) w octanie n-propylu w ilości 55% wagowo oraz wypełnienia z poliasparaginianu metylenu w ilości 40% wagowo oraz (3-izocyjanatopropyl)trietoksysilanu w ilości 5% wagowo, połączonych z żywicą epoksydową. Do warstwy samonaprawiającej się (2) przylega adhezyjnie arkusz blachy ze stopu aluminium (4) o grubości od 1 mm do 1,5 mm.The subject of the application is a composite sandwich structure, which is characterized in that in the central part of the sandwich structure there is a sheet of magnesium alloy (1) with a thickness of 1 mm to 15 mm, to the upper surface of which is adhesively adhered a self-healing layer (2) with a thickness of 100 µm to 0.3 mm consisting of microcapsules with a size of 25 µm to 100 µm, each of which consists of a coating of poly(isobutylidenecarbodiimide) in n-propyl acetate in an amount of 55% by weight and a filling of methylene polyaspartate in an amount of 40% by weight and (3-isocyanatopropyl)triethoxysilane in an amount of 5% by weight, combined with an epoxy resin. A 5 mm to 6 mm thick aluminum-ceramic foam layer (3) is adhesively adhered to the aluminum-ceramic foam layer (3). A 100 µm to 0.3 mm thick self-healing layer (2) is adhesively adhered to the aluminum-ceramic foam layer (3), consisting of microcapsules ranging in size from 25 µm to 100 µm, each consisting of a coating of poly(isobutylidenecarbodiimide) in n-propyl acetate in an amount of 55% by weight and a filler of methylene polyaspartate in an amount of 40% by weight and (3-isocyanatopropyl)triethoxysilane in an amount of 5% by weight, combined with an epoxy resin. A sheet of aluminum alloy (4) with a thickness of 1 mm to 1.5 mm is adhesively adhered to the self-healing layer (2).
