Abstract

System bezprzewodowego zasilania elektroniki noszonej, który składa się z nadajnika (1) przesyłającego energię w formie fal radiowych wysokiej częstotliwości i zasilanego tą energią odbiornika (2) wchodzącego w skład elektroniki użytkowej (3), przy czym układ odbiornika (2) składa się z anteny (4), wzmacniacza (5) oraz obciążenia (6), w szczególności akumulatora, czujnika, mikroprocesora, przy czym elementy bierne, w szczególności anteny (4), wykonywane są przy pomocy druku aerozolowego, poprzez nanoszenie atramentu na bazie nanocząstek metali i/lub reaktywnych związków metali i/lub polimerów przewodzących i/lub materiałów węglowych, przy czym nadruk nanoszonych wzorów odbywa się na obudowy urządzeń noszonych lub na specjalnie do tego celu wybranych podłożach, takich jak polimery, żywice, tekstylia, papier lub skóra, przy czym wzór anteny (4) o częstotliwości środkowej w zakresie 0,8 - 24 GHz charakteryzuje się przeziernością powyżej 60% przez zamianę jednolitego materiału na siatkę linii przewodzących o szerokości między 5 – 200 um, grubości między 3 – 30 um i odległością między liniami wynoszącą między 0,03 - 25 mm i dostosowany jest do wymagań reszty układu, w szczególności takich jak sprawność przesyłania energii, wymagana przezierność dostępnego miejsca na nadruk, konieczność dopasowania impedancyjnego do wzmacniacza.A system for wirelessly powering wearable electronics, which comprises a transmitter (1) transmitting energy in the form of high-frequency radio waves and a receiver (2) supplied with this energy, being a part of consumer electronics (3), wherein the receiver system (2) comprises an antenna (4), an amplifier (5) and a load (6), in particular a battery, a sensor, a microprocessor, wherein the passive elements, in particular the antennas (4), are made by means of aerosol printing, by applying ink based on nanoparticles of metals and/or reactive metal compounds and/or conductive polymers and/or carbon materials, wherein the printing of the applied patterns takes place on the casings of wearable devices or on specially selected substrates, such as polymers, resins, textiles, paper or leather, wherein the antenna pattern (4) with a center frequency in the range of 0.8 - 24 GHz is characterized by a transparency of over 60% by replacing the uniform material with a grid of conducting lines with a width between 5 - 200 um, a thickness between 3 – 30 um and a distance between the lines of 0.03 - 25 mm and is adapted to the requirements of the rest of the system, in particular such as the efficiency of energy transfer, the required transparency of the available space for printing, the need for impedance matching to the amplifier.
