Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób przewidywania temperatury przedziału sanitarnego i sterowanie urządzeniem grzewczym montowanym zwłaszcza w przedziałach sanitarnych ambulansów uwzględniający intensywność nagrzewania szacowaną za pomocą metody najmniejszych kwadratów, mający zastosowanie w układach elektronicznych sterowania nagrzewaniem ambulansu. Sposób przewidywania temperatury przedziału sanitarnego i sterowanie urządzeniem grzewczym montowanym zwłaszcza w przedziałach sanitarnych ambulansów uwzględniający intensywność nagrzewania szacowaną za pomocą metody najmniejszych kwadratów, w którym to dokonuje się pomiaru temperatury za pomocą co najmniej jednego czujnika temperatury zamontowanego w punkcie krzyżowania się osi wylotów nagrzewnicy lub w środku noszy, charakteryzuje się tym, że na podstawie ciągu odczytów temperatury {Ttj}0≤j≤n momentach t0<t1<…tn moment ostatniego pomiaru jest mniejszy niż wymagany czas ogrzewania tn<treq przedziału sanitarnego, wyznacza się wartość estymatora λ określającego efektywność ogrzewania za pomocą wzoru A, gdzie: Tmax — maksymalna temperatura ogrzania; T0 — poziom referencyjny, równy temperaturze początkowej pomiaru; Ttj — wartość temperatury w momencie tj, 0≤j≤n; Treq — minimalny wymagany poziom temperatury po czasie treq; treq — wymagany czas ogrzewania ambulansu, dla którego temperatura przedziału sanitarnego powinna być nie mniejsza niż Treq, następnie wyznacza się oczekiwaną temperaturę przedziału sanitarnego dla wymaganego momentu treq za pomocą wzoru B, jeżeli na podstawie obserwacji {Ttj}0≤j≤n, gdzie tn<treq, spełniona jest nierówność odwzorowana wzorem C, to należy zwiększyć moc urządzenia grzewczego, aby w momencie treq temperatura przedziału sanitarnego przekroczyła wymaganą wartość Treq; jeżeli natomiast na podstawie obserwacji {Ttj}0≤j≤n, gdzie tn<treq, spełniona jest nierówność odwzorowana wzorem D, to należy przyjąć, iż minimalna wymagana wielkość temperatury Treq przedziału sanitarnego po czasie treq zostanie osiągnięta.The subject of the application is a method of predicting the temperature of a sanitary compartment and controlling a heating device installed, in particular, in sanitary compartments of ambulances, taking into account the heating intensity estimated using the least squares method, applicable in electronic systems for controlling ambulance heating. The method of predicting the temperature of a sanitary compartment and controlling a heating device installed, in particular, in sanitary compartments of ambulances, taking into account the heating intensity estimated using the least squares method, in which the temperature is measured using at least one temperature sensor installed at the point of intersection of the axes of the heater outlets or in the middle of the stretcher, is characterized in that, on the basis of a sequence of temperature readings {Ttj}0≤j≤n at moments t0<t1<…tn the moment of the last measurement is less than the required heating time tn<treq of the sanitary compartment, the value of the estimator λ defining the heating efficiency is determined using formula A, where: Tmax — maximum heating temperature; T0 — reference level, equal to the initial temperature of the measurement; Ttj — temperature value at moment tj, 0≤j≤n; Treq — minimum required temperature level after time treq; treq — required ambulance heating time, for which the temperature of the sanitary compartment should be not less than Treq, then the expected temperature of the sanitary compartment is determined for the required moment treq using formula B, if on the basis of observations {Ttj}0≤j≤n, where tn<treq, the inequality represented by formula C is met, then the power of the heating device should be increased so that at moment treq the temperature of the sanitary compartment exceeds the required value Treq; if, on the basis of observations {Ttj}0≤j≤n, where tn<treq, the inequality represented by formula D is met, then it should be assumed that the minimum required value of the temperature Treq of the sanitary compartment after time treq will be achieved.
