Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób określania stopnia zaburzenia równowagi u osób z dysfunkcją chodu oraz układ do stosowania tego sposobu. Najpierw dla osoby badanej sporządza się wkładki doobuwnicze, w których odpowiednio rozmieszcza się czujniki, a na plecach osoby badanej umieszcza się urządzenie do pomiaru położenia środka ciężkości ciała w przestrzeni trójwymiarowej XYZ. Następnie w trakcie ruchu osoby badanej równocześnie mierzy się wielkość sygnałów elektrycznych emitowanych przez czujniki oraz położenie jej środka ciężkości ciała. Z otrzymanych wielkości sporządza się wykres, który poddaje się analizie w zestawieniu z wykresem referencyjnym utworzonym dla osoby bez dysfunkcji chodu lub z wykresem dla osoby z dysfunkcją chodu utworzonym w innym przedziale czasowym. Przedstawiony na rysunku układ składa się z dwóch butów wyposażonych we wkładki zawierające po osiem odpowiednio rozmieszczonych czujników oraz w moduł przetwarzania i transmisji sygnałów, a także z urządzenia do pomiaru środka ciężkości ciała w przestrzeni trójwymiarowej XYZ. Przy czym moduły obu butów oraz urządzenie do pomiaru środka ciężkości ciała połączone są bezprzewodowo z odbiornikiem sprzęgniętym z komputerem.The subject of the application is a method for determining the degree of balance impairment in individuals with gait impairment and a system for implementing this method. First, shoe insoles are prepared for the subject, in which sensors are appropriately placed, and a device for measuring the body's center of gravity in three-dimensional XYZ space is placed on the subject's back. Then, as the subject moves, the magnitude of the electrical signals emitted by the sensors and the position of their center of gravity are simultaneously measured. A graph is generated from the obtained values, which is analyzed against a reference graph created for a person without gait impairment or against a graph for a person with gait impairment created at a different time interval. The system shown in the drawing consists of two shoes equipped with insoles containing eight appropriately placed sensors each, a signal processing and transmission module, and a device for measuring the body's center of gravity in three-dimensional XYZ space. The modules in both shoes and the device for measuring the body's center of gravity are wirelessly connected to a receiver connected to a computer.
