Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest podzespół aktywnej osłonki końcówki iniekcyjnej igły do zespołu sterylnej igły jednorazowego użytku przeznaczonego do współpracy z wstrzykiwaczem piórowym (42) i zawartym w nim pojemnikiem podstawowym wypełnionym jałowym produktem leczniczym, razem stanowiących igłowy system iniekcyjny do użytku medycznego. Ujawniono pięć wariantów podzespołu aktywnej osłonki końcówki iniekcyjnej igły. Niniejszy wynalazek dotyczy też części składowych do podzespołu aktywnej osłonki końcówki iniekcyjnej igły, mianowicie części składowej nieruchomej (14), części składowej ruchomej pierwszej (15) i części składowej ruchomej drugiej (16), oraz opakowania jednostkowego (13) z tym sterylnie zapakowanym zespołem igły i zestawu użytkownika zawierającego zbiór tych opakowań jednostkowych (13) i, korzystnie wstrzykiwacz piórowy (42). Podzespół osłonki jest zamontowany na korpusie igły (1) zespołu igły i jest zaprojektowany do aktywnego osłonięcia końcówki iniekcyjnej igły (3) z ostrzem (4) i/lub końcówki nieiniekcyjnej igły (5) z ostrzem (6) przed zdjęciem tego zespołu igły z wstrzykiwacza piórowego (42). Ponadto, niniejszy wynalazek dotyczy zespołu sterylnej igły jednorazowego użytku wyposażonego w podzespół aktywnej osłonki końcówki iniekcyjnej tej igły według niniejszego wynalazku, jak również igłowego systemu iniekcyjnego do użytku medycznego wyposażonego w zespół sterylnej igły jednorazowego użytku według niniejszego wynalazku.The invention relates to an active injection needle tip shield subassembly for a sterile disposable needle assembly designed to cooperate with a pen injector (42) and a base container therein filled with a sterile drug product, together constituting a needle injection system for medical use. Five variants of the active injection needle tip shield subassembly are disclosed. The present invention also relates to components for the active injection needle tip shield subassembly, namely a stationary component (14), a first movable component (15) and a second movable component (16), and a unit package (13) with said sterilely packaged needle assembly and a user kit comprising a plurality of said unit packages (13) and, preferably, a pen injector (42). The shield subassembly is mounted on the needle body (1) of the needle assembly and is designed to actively shield the injection tip of the needle (3) with the sharpener (4) and/or the non-injection tip of the needle (5) with the sharpener (6) before the needle assembly is removed from the pen injector (42). Furthermore, the present invention relates to a sterile disposable needle assembly equipped with an active shield subassembly of the injection tip of the needle according to the present invention, as well as to a needle injection system for medical use equipped with a sterile disposable needle assembly according to the present invention.
