Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest endoproteza stawu biodrowego utworzona z trzpienia (1) z główką kulistą (4) osadzonej we wkładce panewki (5) z powierzchnią wewnętrzną (28), na której znajduje się sześć rowków górnych (29) i pięć rowków dolnych (30) oraz jeden rowek obwodowy (31). Dolne końcówki rowków górnych (29) zbiegają się do dwóch otworów (32) połączonych ze szczelnym zbiornikiem (33), w którym jest gromadzony materiał ścierny powstały w wyniku tarcia powierzchni główki kulistej (4) i powierzchni wewnętrznej (28) wkładki panewki (5).The subject of the application is a hip joint endoprosthesis formed from a stem (1) with a spherical head (4) mounted in a socket insert (5) with an inner surface (28) on which there are six upper grooves (29) and five lower grooves (30) and one circumferential groove (31). The lower ends of the upper grooves (29) converge to two holes (32) connected to a tight reservoir (33) in which the abrasive material generated as a result of friction between the surface of the spherical head (4) and the inner surface (28) of the socket insert (5) is collected.
