Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania profili odlewanych ze stopu Al-Cu-Mg o zawartości miedzi w ilości 3% - 4,5% wag., w którym odlewanie ciekłego metalu prowadzone jest w sposób ciągły, a odlane profile poddaje się procesowi przeróbki plastycznej i hartowaniu, który charakteryzuje się tym, że złom aluminiowy, złom magnezowy i złom miedziany stanowią 100% wag. wsadu, a zawartość magnezu w stopie wynosi od 3% do 6% wag., zaś odlane profile po schłodzeniu podgrzewa się dwuetapowo, najpierw w temperaturze 450°C, a następnie w temperaturze 490°C - 500°C, po czym profile poddaje się procesowi kucia na gorąco w temperaturze 490°C - 500°C ze stopniem przekucia od 1,1 do 2,4, a uzyskane w procesie kucia odkuwki schładza się w wodzie do temperatury otoczenia, po czym odkuwki poddaje się procesowi starzenia sztucznego w temperaturze 190°C – 215°C w czasie od 3 - 14 godzin z chłodzeniem na powietrzu.
