Abstract
Zgłoszenie ujawnia uniwersalny piec do rozgrzewania preform (10) butelek z politereftalanu etylenu, z wykorzystaniem promienników podczerwieni, cechujący się tym, że składa się z grzewczego kanału (1) z podzespołem promienników podczerwieni usytuowanym wzdłuż jego poziomej osi podłużnej, układu (2) zdejmowania rozgrzanych preform, układu (3) transportującego preformy, układu nakładania preform, zwanego gwiazdą (4), nośnej belki (5) oraz z układu chłodzenia powietrzem (6), przy czym w belkę (5) wbudowany jest układ kołków umożliwiający łatwą kalibrację układu transportującego (3) i układu nakładającego (gwiazda) (4) do standardu preformy, zapewniających minimalny rozstaw preform (10) z napędem obrotowym i napędem ich ruchu posuwistego w obrębie kanału (1) oraz układ chłodzenia wodnego. W piecu tym, podzespół promienników podczerwieni składa się z trzech grup lamp zamocowanych na chłodzonym wodą profilu nośnym, z których każda obejmuje osiem sekcji promienników podczerwieni - z czego sekcje: pierwsza i ostatnia, obejmują po dwa promienniki, przy czym zastosowane promienniki podczerwieni są o takiej samej mocy w obrębie jednej grupy oraz o innej mocy w każdej grupie. Moc promienników podczerwieni w grupach dostosowana jest do jego rozmiarów i przy zachowaniu wysterowania w zakresie 100% - 90% mocy nominalnej, która korzystnie dla grup pierwszej, drugiej i trzeciej pozostaje w stosunku 2:1:2,5 - zapewnia możliwość regulacji mocy grzania. Piec ma pneumatyczny układ (2) zdejmowania rozgrzanych preform (10), poprzez zdmuchnięcie preformy (10) za pomocą sprężonego powietrza z kołka, niezależnie od rozstawu i średnicy preform (10), a także układ chłodzący górną część preform (10) - ich gwintów i kołnierzy.The application discloses a universal oven for heating preforms (10) of polyethylene terephthalate bottles, using infrared radiators, characterized in that it consists of a heating channel (1) with a subset of infrared radiators located along its horizontal longitudinal axis, a system (2) for removing heated preforms, a system (3) for transporting the preforms, a system for applying the preforms, called a star (4), a supporting beam (5) and an air cooling system (6), wherein a system of pins is built into the beam (5) enabling easy calibration of the transport system (3) and the application system (star) (4) to a preform standard, ensuring a minimum spacing of the preforms (10) with a rotation drive and a drive for their translational movement within the channel (1) and a water cooling system. In this furnace, the infrared radiator subassembly consists of three groups of lamps mounted on a water-cooled carrier profile, each of which includes eight sections of infrared radiators - of which the first and last sections include two radiators, where the infrared radiators used have the same power within one group and a different power in each group. The power of the infrared radiators in the groups is adapted to its dimensions and, while maintaining control in the range of 100% - 90% of the nominal power, which, advantageously for the first, second and third groups, remains in the ratio of 2:1:2.5 - ensures the possibility of regulating the heating power. The furnace has a pneumatic system (2) for removing heated preforms (10), by blowing the preform (10) off the pin with compressed air, regardless of the spacing and diameter of the preforms (10), as well as a system for cooling the upper part of the preforms (10) - their threads and collars.
