Abstract

PN-EN ISO 527-4:2000 nie mniejszą niż 500 MPa, wytrzymałość na zginanie wg PN-EN ISO 14125:2001 nie mniejszą niż 700 MPa i wytrzymałość na ścinanie wg PN-EN ISO 14130:2001 nie mniejszą niż 50 MPa a także posiada przewodność cieplną: w temperaturze 0°C ≤ 0,625 W/(m•K), 100°C ≤ 0,855 W/(m•K), 200°C ≤ 0,859 W/(m•K).The subject of the application is a carbon composite obtained from fabrics reinforced with resin systems (pre-impregnation) with a surface layer of TiC/a-C:H or CrOx or MoS2(Ti,W) introduced using the vacuum-plasma technique, making the composite resistant to factors destructive and characterized by a color re-emission coefficient in the wave number range 400 - 1100 nm, falling within the acceptance limits of the black color according to the NO-84-A2O3:2020 standard. The composite with the surface layer has a wear intensity of less than 1.8 µm/10,000 cycles of reciprocating movement of the steel pin with an amplitude of 25 mm, oscillation frequency of 1 Hz, friction contact load of 225 N. Moreover, the carbon composite has the following mechanical properties: strength: tensile according to . PN-EN ISO 527-4:2000 not less than 500 MPa, bending strength according to PN-EN ISO 14125:2001 not less than 700 MPa and shear strength according to PN-EN ISO 14130:2001 not less than 50 MPa and also has thermal conductivity: at 0°C ≤ 0.625 W/(m•K), 100°C ≤ 0.855 W/(m•K), 200°C ≤ 0.859 W/(m•K).
