Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest urządzenie do pomiaru lotności pyłów oraz układ do pomiaru lotności pyłów. Urządzenie do pomiaru lotności pyłów charakteryzuje się tym, że składa się z podajnika (3), który osadzony jest rozłącznie w komorze pomiarowej (4) pod dyszą kolankową (5), gdzie podajnik (3) i komora pomiarowa (4) mają kształt prostopadłościanu, przy czym podajnik (3) jest dopasowany rozmiarem do wewnętrznych wymiarów komory pomiarowej (4) i podajnik (3) ma w dolnej części płytę czołową (25), o kształcie prostopadłościanu, przy czym przekątna płyty czołowej jest większa od przekątnej podstawy podajnika (3), zaś w płycie czołowej (25) osadzony jest odpowietrznik (6), a w ścianie bocznej podajnika (3) jest wgłębienie (2) na próbkę pomiarową (1) oraz podajnik (3) ma na wewnętrznych ścianach bocznych, naprzeciwległych, po dwa prowadniki i w górnej części każdej ściany przedniej podajnik (3) posiada magnes mocujący, a na wewnętrznej części płyty czołowej (25) osadzony jest magnes stabilizujący oraz komora pomiarowa (4) ma dyszę kolankową (5) osadzoną na stałe wewnątrz komory pomiarowej (4) w jej górnej części, gdzie dysza kolankowa (5) ma kształt walca z półkolem w części dolnej oraz w bocznych ściankach komory pomiarowej (4), osadzone są naprzeciwlegle i na tej samej wysokości szklane prostopadłościenne okienka (7a, 7b) po jednym na każdej, przy czym za okienkiem (7a) osadzony jest laser liniowy (8) z przewodami (14), a za okienkiem (7b) osadzony jest szesnastosegmentowy detektor liniowy (10) z przewodami (15).The subject of the application is a device for measuring dust volatility and a system for measuring dust volatility. The device for measuring the volatility of dust is characterized by the fact that it consists of a feeder (3), which is detachably mounted in the measuring chamber (4) under the elbow nozzle (5), where the feeder (3) and the measuring chamber (4) have the shape of a cuboid, wherein the feeder (3) is adapted in size to the internal dimensions of the measuring chamber (4) and the feeder (3) has a cuboid-shaped front plate (25) in its lower part, the diagonal of the front plate being greater than the diagonal of the feeder (3) base and in the front plate (25) there is a vent (6), and in the side wall of the feeder (3) there is a recess (2) for the measuring sample (1) and the feeder (3) has two guides on the inner side walls, opposite upper part of each front wall, the feeder (3) has a fastening magnet, and a stabilizing magnet is mounted on the inner part of the front plate (25), and the measuring chamber (4) has an elbow nozzle (5) permanently embedded inside the measuring chamber (4) in its upper part, where the elbow nozzle (5) has the shape of a cylinder with a semicircle in the lower part and in the side walls of the measuring chamber (4), rectangular glass windows (7a, 7b) are placed oppositely and at the same height, one on each a line laser (8) with wires (14) is mounted through the window (7a), and a sixteen-segment line detector (10) with wires (15) is mounted behind the window (7b).
