Abstract
The head controlling the flow of medium through the valve, equipped with a valve control unit in the form of a mechanical gear driven by an engine, is characterized by the fact that the mechanical gear (7) is driven by the engine (19), which is controlled by an electronic board (8) mounted in the lower part of the control head housing, where the liquid or gas sensor (5) is connected through the bellows (18) to the integrating part (6) to the mechanical transmission (7) and the stem assembly and connects it to the valve. The valve body (1) through which the medium (2) flows is equipped in the upper part with a valve stem assembly with a valve head (15), the setting of which is regulated by the stem (16) mounted in the lower part of the control head housing through the pin (17) mounted in the upper part. part of the control head that acts on the bellows (18) of the gas or liquid sensor (5). The method of controlling the flow of the medium through the control head and valve assembly, consisting in positioning the valve head so as to control the regulation of the flow of the working medium, is characterized by the fact that the bellows (18) of the liquid or gas sensor (5) presses the pin (16) under the influence of external temperature. which positions the poppet (15) in the valve, allowing the medium to flow in such an amount that the system tends to achieve balance, while changing the height position of the liquid or gas sensor (5) is carried out by a mechanical transmission (7) controlled by an electronic board (8). The mechanical transmission (7) changes the position of the pin (17) through the engine (19), which results in the vertical movement of the liquid or gas sensor (5), changing the reference system of the control head. Regulation of the medium flow (2) through the control head requires electricity only to change the reference system, i.e. to change the desired temperature setting.
