Abstract

Mechanizm najazdowy do sprzęgania ładowacza czołowego z ciągnikiem rolniczym zawierający wspornik zawieszenia (A) ciągnika i zawiesie (B) ładowacza wyposażonych w elementy sprzęgające w postaci prętów lub gniazd oraz mechanizm blokujący dociskany przez sprężynę współpracujący ze środkami blokującymi charakteryzuje się tym, że we wsporniku zawieszenia (A) każda z jego kształtowych płyt (3) posiada po swoich obu stronach współosiowo zamocowane względem siebie pręty, górny (4) i dolny (5). Zawiesie ładowacza (B) zawiera dwie połączone ze sobą płyty (6), które posiadają kształtowe gniazda, dolne (7) i górne (9). Górne gniazdo (9) posiada kształtową powierzchnię (Y) wzdłuż której prowadzony jest górny pręt (4), przy czym podczas sprzęgania ładowacza z ciągnikiem pręt (4) znajduje się w dolnym położeniu gniazda (9), a dolny pręt (5) prowadzony wzdłuż powierzchni (X) zawiesia (B) znajduje się w gnieździe (7). Gniazda (7, 9) zawiesia (B) posiadają na wewnętrznych stronach blach (6) ramienia (1) wyprofilowane nakładki (8, 10). Mechanizm blokujący mechanizmu najazdowego posiada sprężysty popychacz (12) oraz krzywkę (11) sprzężone na stałe poprzez tuleję i oś (19) z dźwignią (18).The overrun mechanism for coupling the front loader to an agricultural tractor, comprising a suspension bracket (A) of the tractor and a sling (B) of the loader equipped with coupling elements in the form of rods or sockets, and a locking mechanism pressed by a spring cooperating with the locking means, is characterized by the fact that in the suspension bracket ( A) each of its shaped plates (3) has upper (4) and lower (5) bars coaxially attached to each other on both sides. The loader sling (B) includes two interconnected plates (6) with shaped slots, lower (7) and upper (9). The upper seat (9) has a shaped surface (Y) along which the upper bar (4) is guided, the bar (4) is in the lower position of the socket (9) when the loader is coupled to the tractor, and the lower bar (5) is guided along the surface (X) of the sling (B) is in the seat (7). Sockets (7, 9) of the sling (B) have on the inner sides of the plates (6) of the arm (1) profiled caps (8, 10). The overrun mechanism locking mechanism has an elastic pusher (12) and a cam (11) permanently coupled through the sleeve and the axle (19) with the lever (18).
