Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest głowica do podawania substancji farmaceutycznych lub kosmetycznych przez skórę zawiera obudowę, zewnętrzne lub wewnętrzne źródło prądu (1), pompę dozującą połączoną ze źródłem substancji farmaceutycznej lub kosmetycznej oraz co najmniej jeden aplikator podający substancję na skórę (8) wyposażony w co najmniej jedną cewkę (8c) generującą zmienne pole elektromagnetyczne. Przedmiotem wynalazku jest także sposób i układ do podawania substancji farmaceutycznych lub kosmetycznych przez skórę.
