Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest belka do łączenia elementów konstrukcyjnych, zapobiegająca ich przemieszczaniu się względem siebie i sposób jej wytwarzania, przez co może być użyta do zamocowania na niej przyrządów mocujących element przeznaczony do dalszej obróbki. Belka do łączenia elementów konstrukcyjnych zapobiegająca ich przemieszczaniu się względem siebie, charakteryzuje się tym, że jest utworzona z płaskownika, którego górna powierzchnia ma wzdłużny rowek a ponadto płaskownik ma otwory rozmieszczone modułowo, zaś od dołu do płaskownika jest trwale przymocowany usztywniający kształtownik (5), natomiast do końców płaskownika, od dołu, przymocowane są mocujące płytki (6). Sposób wytwarzania belki do łączenia elementów konstrukcyjnych zapobiegającej ich przemieszczaniu się względem siebie utworzonej z płaskownika do którego przymocowany jest usztywniający kształtownik o postaci zbliżonej do litery "U", charakteryzuje się tym, że ramiona usztywniającego kształtownika łączy się z płaskownikiem poprzez spawanie metodą MIG a do końców płaskownika i kształtownika łączy się mocujące płytki, zaś tak utworzoną belkę frezuje się jej powierzchnię płaskownika oraz boki i bazując na tych powierzchniach wykonuje się rowki oraz otwory a całość wykonanych elementów belki sprawdza się wymiarowo przy pomocy ramienia pomiarowego.The subject of the application is a beam for connecting structural elements, preventing their displacement in relation to each other, and a method of its production, so that it can be used to attach devices for fastening the element to be further processed. The beam for connecting structural elements, preventing them from moving relative to each other, is characterized by the fact that it is made of a flat bar, the upper surface of which has a longitudinal groove, and moreover, the flat bar has modular openings, and from the bottom to the flat bar is permanently attached stiffening section (5), while the fixing plates (6) are attached to the ends of the flat bar from the bottom. The method of producing a beam for connecting structural elements to prevent their movement relative to each other, made of a flat bar to which a stiffening U-shaped section is attached, is characterized by the fact that the arms of the stiffening section are connected to the flat bar by MIG welding and to the ends of the flat bar and the section, the fixing plates are connected, and the beam thus created is milled its surface of the flat bar and the sides, and based on these surfaces, grooves and holes are made, and the entirety of the beam elements made is checked dimensionally using a measuring arm.
