Abstract

Przedmiotem rozwiązania jest dynamiczny gwóźdź śródszpikowy umożliwiający korekcję kątową, który w swojej konstrukcji posiada pierścienie obrotowe (4) o skośnych powierzchniach czołowych, których obrót powoduje wyginanie gwoździa co daje możliwość zmiany orientacji kątowej końców zrastającej się kości. Konstrukcja gwoździa bazuje na teleskopowym mechanizmie wysuwu z możliwością niezależnego obracania jednego z końców gwoździa oraz możliwością zginania gwoździa. Napęd mechanizmu wydłużania oraz zginania gwoździa stanowi przetwornik magnetyczny (5) umieszczony w środkowej części gwoździa. Przetwornik magnetyczny na skutek działania zewnętrznego pola magnetycznego obraca się i napędza niezależnie obydwa mechanizmy gwoździa. Gwóźdź może być stosowany do stylizacji kości po urazach oraz po zabiegu osteotomii.The subject of the solution is a dynamic intramedullary nail that allows angular correction, which in its structure has rotating rings (4) with oblique front surfaces, the rotation of which causes the nail to bend, which makes it possible to change the angular orientation of the ends of the growing bone. The nail design is based on a telescopic extension mechanism with the possibility of independent rotation of one of the ends of the nail and the possibility of bending the nail. The drive of the nail extension and bending mechanism is a magnetic transducer (5) located in the central part of the nail. The magnetic transducer, as a result of the external magnetic field, rotates and independently drives both mechanisms of the nail. The nail can be used for styling bones after injuries and after osteotomy.
