Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania aglomeratu ze strużyn garbarskich, w drodze aglomeracji w granulatorze talerzowym o działaniu okresowym, z użyciem wodnego roztworu szkła wodnego do jego nawilżania podczas granulacji, z wykorzystaniem mączki kredowej. Sposób ten polega na tym, że jako materiał sypki, z którego wytwarza się aglomerat stosuje się odpadowe strużyny z chromowych i bezchromowych procesów garbarskich oraz mączkę kredową, przy czym najpierw do granulatora wprowadza się strużyny, a w następnej kolejności mączkę kredową. Mieszanie złoża zachodzi podczas obrotów talerza w czasie 2 - 8 minut. Następnie granulację prowadzi się przez 5 - 20 minut z równoczesnym natryskiwaniem granulowanego złoża wodnym roztworem szkła wodnego o temperaturze 10 - 30°C. Po zaprzestaniu nawilżania kontynuuje się granulację w czasie kolejnych 4 - 12 minut. Po zakończeniu granulacji uzyskane aglomeraty poddaje się suszeniu w temperaturze 50 - 65°C.The subject of the application is a method of producing an agglomerate from tanning shavings by agglomeration in a disc batch granulator, using an aqueous solution of water glass to moisturize it during granulation, with the use of chalk flour. The method consists in using waste shavings from chrome and chrome-free tanning processes as well as chalk flour as the loose material from which the agglomerate is produced, with the shavings being introduced first into the granulator, and then chalk flour. The bed is mixed during the rotation of the plate for 2 - 8 minutes. Then, the granulation is carried out for 5-20 minutes with simultaneous spraying of the granulated bed with an aqueous solution of water glass at a temperature of 10-30 ° C. After the humidification is stopped, the granulation is continued for another 4 - 12 minutes. After the granulation is completed, the obtained agglomerates are dried at 50-65 ° C.
