Abstract
Instalacja składa się z dwóch przenośników, pierwszego przenośnika (25) i drugiego przenośnika (26), których trasy krzyżują się bezkolizyjnie w dwóch miejscach. Pierwszy przenośnik (25) zawiera kolejno, zgodnie z kierunkiem jego ruchu, odcinek załadunku (27), komorę odtłuszczania (29), komorę płukania (30) i komorę suszenia (31) a dalej pierwszy odcinek przeładunku (32), pierwszą komorę nanoszenia emalii (33) i drugą komorę nanoszenia emalii (34), za którą znajduje się drugi odcinek przeładunku (35) oraz komora mycia (36) wieszaków. Drugi przenośnik (26) krzyżuje się bez kolizyjnie z pierwszym przenośnikiem (25), w dwóch miejscach tak, że trzeci odcinek przeładunku (39) znajduje się wewnątrz toru, po którym krąży pierwszy przenośnik (25). Wnętrze komory chłodzenia (45) jest połączone za pośrednictwem rekuperatora (50) z wnętrzem komory suszenia (31). There is a first sensor (48) before the discharge section (46) and a second sensor (49) after it. The sheets are transported between the conveyors (25, 26) by robots (51, 52).
