Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest płuczka wiertnicza lateksowo - glinowa na osnowie wody z dodatkiem emulsji lateksowej, glinianu sodu i środka powierzchniowo czynnego, która charakteryzuje się tym, że zawiera dodatek od 20 do 100 cm3/dm3 lateksu KW, będącego mieszaniną składającą się z 90% obj. wodnej dyspersji kopolimeru butadienowo - styrenowego zasolonej 10% NaCl, 7% obj. dietanoloaminy i 3% obj. kokoamidopropylobetainy, a także zawiera od 3 do 10 g/dm3 kompleksu glinowego B, składającego się z 40% wag. glinianu sodu, 40% wag. humianu potasu, 10% wag. glukonianu sodu i 10% wag. grafitu, a także zawiera od 0,5 do 4 g/dm3 biopolimeru XCD, od 20 do 50 g/dm3 polimeru obniżającego filtrację w postaci karboksymetylocelulozy (KMC) lub/i środka skrobiowego, od 1 do 5 g/dm3 PHPA częściowo hydrolizowanego poliakryloamidu, oraz od 30 do 150 g/dm3 jonowego inhibitora skał ilastych (KCl) i materiał obciążający.The subject of the application is a clay-latex drilling mud based on water with the addition of latex emulsion, sodium aluminate and a surfactant, which is characterized by containing 20 to 100 cm3 / dm3 of latex KW, which is a mixture consisting of 90% vol. aqueous dispersion of styrene butadiene copolymer saline 10% NaCl, 7% vol. diethanolamine and 3% vol. cocamidopropyl betaine, and also contains from 3 to 10 g / dm3 of aluminum complex B, consisting of 40 wt. Sodium aluminate, 40 wt. potassium humate, 10 wt. sodium gluconate and 10 wt. graphite, and also contains 0.5 to 4 g / dm3 of the XCD biopolymer, 20 to 50 g / dm3 of the polymer reducing the filtration in the form of carboxymethyl cellulose (KMC) or / and a starch agent, from 1 to 5 g / dm3 of PHPA of partially hydrolyzed polyacrylamide , and 30 to 150 g / dm3 of ionic clay rock inhibitor (KCl) and loading material.
