Abstract
Hybrydowy symulator mechanicznych właściwości układu oddechowego zawierający dwa hybrydowe transformatory impedancji, charakteryzuje się tym, że ma część fizyczną w postaci modelu fizycznego tchawicy składającego się z pneumatycznego kanału wejściowego (6) zakończonego rozgałęzieniem (7) prowadzącym do kanału wejściowego (8) pierwszego transformatora impedancji (10) i kanału wejściowego (9) drugiego transformatora impedancji, które to transformatory łączą środowisko sygnałów pneumatycznych ciśnienia (p) i strumienia (q) płynu w kanale wejściowym (6) symulatora ze środowiskiem sygnałów cyfrowych ciśnień (pel, pep) strumieni (qel i qep ) występujących jako zmienne wejściowe komputerowego modelu układu oddechowego podzielonego na lewe i prawe płuco, w którym ciśnienie pel oraz strumień qel są zmiennymi wejściowymi modelu komputerowego lewego płuca natomiast ciśnienie (pep) oraz strumień (qep) są zmiennymi wejściowymi modelu komputerowego prawego płuca przy czym model komputerowy układu oddechowego jest reprezentowany w systemie analogii elektromechanicznych przez sieć połączeń dyskretnych elementów o parametrach skupionych, w postaci ogólnie nieliniowych inertancji, rezystorów i kondensatorów, odpowiadającą układowi równań różniczkowych i algebraicznych przedstawiających własności mechaniczne płuc i rozwiązywanych numerycznie przez program komputerowy, przy czym model komputerowy lewego płuca jest połączony z modelem komputerowym prawego płuca za pomocą modelu komputerowego przegrody śródpiersiowej korzystnie w postaci kondensatora reprezentującego jej sprężyste właściwości.A hybrid simulator of mechanical properties of the respiratory system containing two hybrid impedance transformers, characterized by the fact that it has a physical part in the form of a physical model of the trachea consisting of a pneumatic input channel (6) terminated with a branch (7) leading to the input channel (8) of the first impedance transformer ( 10) and the input channel (9) of the second impedance transformer, which transformers connect the environment of pneumatic signals of pressure (p) and fluid stream (q) in the input channel (6) of the simulator with the environment of digital pressure signals (pel, pep) of streams (qel and qep) occurring as input variables of the computer model of the respiratory system divided into left and right lungs, in which the pel pressure and stream qel are input variables of the left lung computer model, while the pressure (pep) and stream (qep) are the input variables of the computer model of the right lung; the computer model of the respiratory system is represented in the electromechanical analogy system by a network of connections of discrete components with concentrated parameters, in the form of generally non-linear inertances, resistors and capacitors, corresponding to the system of differential and algebraic equations representing the mechanical properties of the lungs and solved numerically by a computer program wherein the computer model of the left lung is connected to the computer model of the right lung by means of the computer model of the mediastinal septum preferably in the form of a capacitor representing its elastic properties.
