Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania uwęglonego adsorbentu haloizytowego ze zwietrzeliny haloizytowej do usuwania paracetamolu z fazy wodnej, polegający na aktywacji kwasem siarkowym(VI) o stężeniu 20% wagowych odżelazionej zwietrzeliny haloizytowej (zawartość związków żelaza poniżej 0,4% wagowych) polega na dodawaniu do 20 części wagowych wodnego roztworu melasy o stężeniu 20% wagowych 4 części wagowych aktywowanej w kwasie siarkowym(VI) odżelazionej zwietrzeliny haloizytowej i mieszaniu całości przez 24 godziny i suszeniu przez 4 godziny w temperaturze 313 K a następnie karbonizuje mieszaninę zwietrzeliny haloizytowej i melasy, w atmosferze azotu z narostem temperatury 6 K/min., w zakresie temperatur 40 - 773 K i kolejno w stałej temperaturze 773 K przez 4 godziny.The subject of the application is a method for producing carbonized halloysite adsorbent from halloysite weathered for removal of paracetamol from the aqueous phase, consisting in the activation of sulfuric acid (VI) at a concentration of 20% by weight of ferric halloysite scum (iron content below 0.4% by weight) consists in adding up to 20 parts by weight 20% by weight aqueous molasses solution 4 parts by weight activated in sulfuric (VI) acid of ferric halloysite scum and mixing for 24 hours and drying for 4 hours at 313 K and then carbonized the mixture of halloysite scum and molasses under nitrogen with a temperature rise of 6 K / min, in the temperature range of 40 - 773 K, and subsequently at a constant temperature of 773 K for 4 hours.
