Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest zbiornik podający do składowania i wydawania materiałów sypkich, zwłaszcza biomasy przeznaczony w szczególności do przechowywania dozowania i podawania materiałów sypkich, takich jak biomasa a więc rozdrobniona słoma, gałęzie czy inne, do komory spalania pieca dostarczającego ciepło do różnych celów. Zbiornik podający do składowania i wydawania materiałów sypkich, zwłaszcza biomasy, podawanej do palnika na paliwo stałe, mający postać kontenera (2) ze ścianą przednią, ścianą tylną, ścianami bocznymi (25), ścianę dolną i ścianą górną (24), przy czym zbiornik ma otwierane powierzchnie i umieszczone w nim przenośniki zawartości, charakteryzuje się tym, że ściana tylna z częścią ściany górnej (22) zaopatrzona jest w pokrywę górną (22) i pokrywę dolną (21), przy czym kontener (2) zbiornika podającego typ posadowiony jest na stalowej ramie (3) a na podłodze kontenera (2) umieszczony jest wzdłuż ścian bocznych (25) przenośnik zabierakowy powrotny (11) zaś przed ścianą przednią do ramy (3) zbiornika podającego zamocowana jest rama pomocnicza (4), w której umieszczony jest wzdłuż ściany tylnej kontenera (2) przenośnik taśmowy dolny (8), przed którym umieszczony jest przenośnik taśmowy pionowy (7).The subject of the invention is a feeding tank for storing and dispensing loose materials, especially biomass, intended in particular for storing the dosing and feeding of loose materials, such as biomass and thus shredded straw, branches or other, into the combustion chamber of the furnace supplying heat for various purposes.
