Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia są czwartorzędowe halogenki zawierające kation difenokonazolu, o wzorze ogólnym 1, w którym R oznacza podstawnik benzylowy lub alkilowy prostołańcuchowy z grupy: decyl lub dodecyl, lub tetradecyl, lub heksadecyl, natomiast X oznacza anion z grupy: chlorek lub bromek, lub jodek. Zgłoszenie obejmuje też sposób ich otrzymywania, który polega na tym, że difenokonazol o wzorze ogólnym 2 poddaje się reakcji czwartorzędowania z halogenkiem arylowym z grupy: 1-bromobenzyl lub 1-chlorobenzyl oraz halogenkiem alkilowym z grupy: 1-bromodekan lub 1-chlorododekan, lub 1-bromotetradekan, lub 1-jodoheksadekan w stosunku molowym difenokonazolu do czynnika czwartorzędującego wynoszącym od 1 : 0,9 do 1 : 1,3, korzystnie 1 : 1,05, w rozpuszczalniku organicznym z grupy: acetonitryl lub metanol, lub izopropanol, w temperaturze od 50°C do 70°C, korzystnie 60°C, przez czas co najmniej 24 godziny, po czym odparowuje się rozpuszczalnik, następnie pozostałość przemywa się octanem etylu lub heksanem, lub toluenem, a produkt, suszy się w temperaturze 70°C pod obniżonym ciśnieniem. The application also includes a method for their preparation, which consists in the fact that diphenoconazole of general formula 2 is subjected to a quaternization reaction with an aryl halide from the group: 1-bromobenzyl or 1-chlorobenzyl and an alkyl halide from the group: 1-bromodecane or 1-chlorododecane, or 1-bromotetradecane, or 1-iodohexadecane in a molar ratio of diphenoconazole to a quaternizing agent of 1: 0.9 to 1: 1.3, preferably 1: 1.05, in an organic solvent from the group: acetonitrile or methanol, or isopropanol, in at a temperature of 50 ° C to 70 ° C, preferably 60 ° C, for a period of at least 24 hours, after which the solvent is evaporated, then the residue is washed with ethyl acetate or hexane or toluene, and the product is dried at 70 ° C under reduced pressure. The application also includes the use of quaternary halides containing a diphenoconazole cation as fungicides.
