Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest kapsuła do napojów i sposób otrzymywania napojów z substancji umieszczonych w części górnej kapsuły, które poddawane są procesom ekstrakcji, rozpuszczania i rozcieńczania przez wtrysk do nich płynu pod ciśnieniem w urządzeniu do przygotowywania napojów, przy czym kapsuła ma korpus zamknięty od góry i od dołu przebijalnymi przegrodami i przeznaczona jest do sporządzania gorących, zimnych lub schłodzonych napojów, płynnych potraw oraz płynnych dodatków do dań, zwłaszcza napoju typu kawa, płynnej czekolady, zup, herbat, soków, deserów, sosów, drinków alkoholowych i piwa. Kapsuła charakteryzuje się tym, że we wnętrzu korpusu (1) na wysokości części górnej (39) korpusu (1), pomiędzy górną przegrodą (2) a powierzchnią (37) przekładki (4), połączonej szczelnie na obwodzie (6) z wewnętrzną powierzchnią (7) korpusu (1) jest tulejka (35), zaopatrzona u dołu w otwarcia (36) do wypływu płynu do mieszania substancji w kierunku od przekładki (4) do przegrody górnej (2), a wypływ z każdego otworu (12) w przekładce (4) regulowany jest przez ciśnieniowy zawór (43). The capsule is characterized by the fact that inside the body (1) at the height of the upper part (39) of the body (1), between the upper partition (2) and the surface (37) of the spacer (4), tightly connected on the perimeter (6) with the internal surface (7) of the body (1) is a sleeve (35), provided at the bottom with openings (36) for the outflow of liquid for mixing the substance in the direction from the spacer (4) to the upper partition (2), and the outflow from each hole (12) in the spacer (4) is regulated by a pressure valve (43). The method of obtaining a drink from the substance contained in the hermetic capsule (1) in the beverage preparation device is based on the fact that pressurized water is introduced by means of at least one pressure nozzle into the free from the substance used to prepare the drink central hole of the sleeve (35), provided in the lower part in its side wall with an opening (36), placed in the immediate vicinity of the surface (37) of the spacer (4) of the capsule (1), through which fluid under pressure is continuously supplied to the upper part (39) of the body (1) ) in order to dilute its content, which causes an increase in pressure in the capsule until the pressure valve (43) opens, through which the diluted substance flows into the mixing unit and after final mixing it is excreted outside the capsule (1) through the central hole in the mixer unit punch, located in the discharge channel (41).
