Abstract
Aparat do pirolitycznego przekształcania odpadów poliolefinowych - w ciekłe produkty paliwowe, charakteryzuje się tym, że zawiera połączony z topielnikiem odpadów polietylenowych przez filtr dwubiegowy na wyjściu z topielnika, poziomy reaktor, który ma ścianki o kształcie cylindrycznym, wyposażony w środki do zewnętrznego, przeponowego ogrzewania elektrycznego lub płomieniowego, wewnątrz tego reaktora znajduje się mieszadło połączone ze skrobakiem a do tego reaktora dołączony jest ekstraktor osadów taki, że po jego wewnętrznej stronie nad powierzchnią jego ścianek znajduje się dopasowany wstęgowy skrobak (72) do usuwania osadów gromadzących się na powierzchni reaktora, rynnę ociekową do zagęszczania osadów wyrzucanych z reaktora i tłokowy zgarniak (75) do usuwania osadów z wnętrza reaktora współpracujący ze śluzą (73) zapewniając szczelność reaktora, reaktor jest wyposażony w zasilacz w stopiony polimer z dozownikiem a aparat zawiera także chłodnicę do kondensacji produktów ze strefowym chłodzeniem.Apparatus for the pyrolytic transformation of polyolefin waste - into liquid fuel products, characterized by the fact that it contains a polyethylene waste connected to the melter through a two-stage filter at the outlet of the melter, a horizontal reactor, which has cylindrical walls, equipped with means for external, diaphragm electric heating or flame, inside this reactor there is a stirrer connected to a scraper and a sludge extractor is attached to this reactor such that on its inner side above the surface of its walls there is a matching ribbon scraper (72) for removing sediments accumulating on the surface of the reactor, a drip chute for thickening the sludge ejected from the reactor and a piston scraper (75) for removing sludge from the inside of the reactor cooperating with the airlock (73) ensuring the tightness of the reactor, the reactor is equipped with a power supply with a molten polymer with a dispenser and the apparatus contains that condenser for condensing products with zonal cooling.
