Abstract
Wynalazek dotyczy procesu fermentacji suchej z ciągłym fermentorem (B) przeznaczonym do fermentacji suchej, gdzie fermentor (B) napełnia się substratem (2) zawierającym materiał organiczny, przy czym substrat (2) poddaje się w fermentorze (B) co najmniej częściowo obróbce anaerobowej i co najmniej częściowo rozkłada się na osad pofermentacyjny (3). Osad pofermentacyjny (3) wydostaje się z fermentora (B), po czym poddaje się dalszej obróbce, w wyniku czego zawartość substancji suchej w osadzie pofermentacyjnym (3) zostaje zwiększona. Po obróbce wydobyty osad pofermentacyjny (3) zostaje wymieszany ze strumieniem materiału i tworzy mieszankę (9). Strumień materiału jest co najmniej częściowo suchy, tak że mieszanka (9) ma co najmniej 35% zawartości substancji suchej. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest też instalacja do przetwarzania odpadów.The invention relates to a dry fermentation process with a continuous fermenter (B) intended for dry fermentation, where the fermenter (B) is filled with a substrate (2) containing organic material, wherein the substrate (2) is subjected to the fermenter (B) at least in part anaerobic treatment and at least partially broken down into digestate (3). Post-fermentation sludge (3) comes out of the fermenter (B), after which it undergoes further treatment, as a result of which the content of dry substance in the digestate sludge (3) is increased. After treatment, the extracted digestate (3) is mixed with the material stream and forms a mixture (9). The material stream is at least partially dry, such that the mixture (9) has at least 35% dry matter content. The subject of the notification is also a waste treatment installation.
