Abstract

Niniejszy wynalazek dotyczy kotła o dużej wielkości i budowy jego budynku, a celem niniejszego wynalazku jest dostarczenie sposobu budowania instalacji z kotłem, przy czym sposób pozwala na obniżenie czasu instalowania kotła. Sposób budowania instalacji z kotłem charakteryzuje się tym, że obejmuje: etap instalowania kolumn głównych, w którym instaluje się kolumny główne (14) położone w czterech miejscach budynku kotła; etap instalowania dużej belki, w którym, po etapie zainstalowania kolumn głównych wznosi się duże belki (22) i mocuje między kolumnami głównymi (14) za pomocą urządzeń dźwigowych (40) zapewnionych na górnej części kolumn głównych (14); etap instalowania kotła, w którym, po etapie zainstalowania dużej belki, wznosi się korpus kotła i mocuje się za pomocą urządzeń dźwigowych (40) zapewnionych na dużych belkach (22); oraz etap instalacji jednostki podłogowej, w którym, razem z etapem instalowania dużej belki i etapem instalowania kotła, wznosi się jednostkę podłogową (14a) tworzącą podłogę kolumn głównych (14) i mocuje się za pomocą urządzeń dźwigowych (40) zapewnionych na górnych częściach kolumn głównych (14).The present invention relates to a large-size boiler and the construction of a building therefor, and the object of the present invention is to provide a method for constructing a boiler plant, the method reducing the installation time of the boiler.
