Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób hydrometalurgicznego przerobu surowców polimetalicznych, który polega na tym, że surowiec siarczkowo-węglanowy rozdrabnia się do uziarnienia poniżej 0,2 mm, po czym w pierwszym etapie prowadzi się proces ługowania nieutleniającego w obecności kwasu siarkowego(VI) o stężeniu od 20 do 96% w temperaturze otoczenia w czasie od 30 do 120 min w celu rozłożenia węglanów. Następnie w drugim etapie zawiesinę poddaje się co najmniej jednemu ługowaniu utleniającemu w obecności kwasu siarkowego(VI), jonów żelaza(III) oraz tlenu w wyniku czego przeprowadza się do roztworu pierwiastki takie jak: Cu, Zn, Co, Ni, Fe, As, V, Mo. Po czym w trzecim etapie zawiesinę poddaje się co najmniej jednemu ługowaniu chlorkowemu w obecności NaCl, kwasu solnego i/lub chlorku miedzi (II), w wyniku czego do roztworu przechodzą jony Pb oraz jony Ag.The subject of the invention is a method of hydrometallurgical processing of polymetallic raw materials, which consists in the fact that the sulphide-carbonate raw material is crushed to a grain size below 0.2 mm, after which the non-oxidative leaching process in the presence of sulfuric acid at a concentration of 20 up to 96% at ambient temperature for 30 to 120 min to break down carbonates. Then, in the second stage, the suspension is subjected to at least one oxidative leaching in the presence of sulfuric (VI) acid, iron (III) ions and oxygen, as a result of which elements such as Cu, Zn, Co, Ni, Fe, As are transferred to the solution, V, Mo. Then, in the third stage, the suspension is subjected to at least one chloride leach in the presence of NaCl, hydrochloric acid and / or copper (II) chloride, as a result of which Pb ions and Ag ions pass into solution.
