Abstract

Sposób uruchamiania benzynowego silnika spalinowego z wykorzystaniem instalacji alternatywnego paliwa gazowego polega na tym, że dostarcza się ciepło z podgrzewacza do reduktora-parownika przed, w trakcie i po rozruchu silnika celem odparowania i ogrzania gazu tak, by silnik mógł stabilnie pracować przy niskiej temperaturze cieczy chłodzącej, oraz ustala się dawki gazu - niezależnie od czasów wtrysku benzyny w trakcie rozruchu i rozgrzewania silnika. Sposób podgrzewania wspomagająco-rozruchowego reduktora-parownika polega na tym, że do reduktora-parownika dostarcza się ciepło z podgrzewacza wpomagająco-rozruchowego, gdy potrzeba dogrzać reduktor-parownik w trakcie pracy silnika. Podgrzewacz wspomagająco-rozruchowy jest zbudowany z korpusu (1) z wkręconymi świecami żarowymi (2) z przewodzeniem ciepła między elementami za pomocą pasty termoprzewodzącej (3), zamontowany do reduktora-parownika realizujący powyższe sposoby zasilania silnika. W korpusie (1) są wykonane kanały, doprowadzające pastę termoprzewodzącą (3) celem poprawy wymiany ciepła. Sterownik podgrzewacza wspomagająco-rozruchowego (5) steruje pracą świec żarowych (2) oraz załącza elektrozawór gazu (6) po osiągnięciu przez silnik określonej temperatury. W wyniku tego silnik jest zasilany podgrzanym gazem w trakcie rozruchu i rozgrzewania. Sterownik podgrzewacza (5) współpracuje ze sterownikiem gazowym (7) przy ustalaniu dawki gazu przy rozruchu i rozgrzewaniu.The method of starting a gasoline internal combustion engine using an alternative gas fuel system is that heat is supplied from the preheater to the reducer-evaporator before, during and after starting the engine to evaporate and heat the gas so that the engine can be stable at low coolant temperature , and gas doses are set - irrespective of the petrol injection times during engine start-up and warm-up. The method of heating the booster-evaporator-reducer is based on the fact that the evaporator-reducer is supplied with heat from the booster-heater when it is necessary to heat the reducer-evaporator while the engine is running. The booster-heater is made of a body (1) with screwed-in glow plugs (2) with heat conduction between elements using heat-conducting paste (3), mounted to the reducer-evaporator realizing the above ways of powering the engine. There are channels in the body (1) supplying thermally conductive paste (3) to improve heat transfer. The controller of the booster heater (5) controls the operation of the glow plugs (2) and switches on the gas solenoid valve (6) when the engine reaches a certain temperature. As a result, the engine is supplied with heated gas during start-up and warm-up. The heater controller (5) cooperates with the gas controller (7) in determining the gas dose during start-up and heating up.
