Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób pomiaru małych objętości płynu w układzie mikroprzepływowym poprzez analizę obrazu układu mikroprzepływowego zasilanego w płyny z układu dozującego, korzystnie pompy, obejmujący uzyskanie obrazu układu mikroprzepływowego z kamery, zwłaszcza z kamery cyfrowej, charakteryzujący się tym, że zawiera następujące kroki: a) uzyskanie dwuwymiarowego obrazu kanału układu mikroprzepływowego z co najmniej jedną kroplą płynu, b) wyznaczenie długości kropli płynu poprzez analizę tego obrazu, c) wyznaczenie objętości kropli płynu z zastosowaniem modelu matematycznego wiążącego objętości kropli z jej długością na obrazie, przy zadanej geometrii układu mikroprzepływowego.
