Abstract

The invention concerns a central astragal structure for a metal casement door or window with two leafs with concealed panel. The moulded opening profile (15) of the semi-fixed leaf comprises a housing for receiving a synthetic material insulating section (18) which receives a linking tab (21) of the astragal profile, fixing means which ensures that said astragal profile is fixed to the panel profile (14). The invention is particularly concerned with a central astragal point for a metal door or window comprising heat insulation.
