Abstract

The floor unit consists of an alloy frame, whose side rails have cross sections with vertical inner (107) and outer (108), and horizontal lower and upper walls. The rails also have grooves (130) and ribs for centring purposes when stacking. A rib (136) is provided on the side rail to limit skidding, and which is separated by a ventilation and drainage groove (80) from the edge (43) of the floor board (45). The base (70) of groove lies beneath the level of the supporting surface (41) for the board.
