Description
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób wytwarzania płyt termoizolacyjnych ognioodpornych.The subject of the invention is a method of manufacturing fire-resistant heat-insulating boards.
W opisie patentowym ZSRR nr 453 379 opisana jest kompozycja do sklejania elementów budowlanych. W skład kompozycji wchodzi spoiwo glinowo-chromowo-fosforanowe w ilości 15-40%, kopolimer chlorku winylu z octanem winylu 9-20%, mieszanina aceton + octan etylu 10-25%, oraz wypełniacz mineralny 15-60%. Kompozycja wykazuje właściwości ognioodporne.In USSR patent No. 453 379 a composition for gluing building elements is described. The composition includes an aluminum-chromium-phosphate binder in the amount of 15-40%, vinyl chloride copolymer with vinyl acetate 9-20%, a mixture of acetone + ethyl acetate 10-25%, and a mineral filler 15-60%. The composition shows fireproof properties.
W opisie patentowym ZSRR nr 1 263 672 opisana jest kompozycja spoiwa do masy ognioodpornej. W skład kompozycji wchodzi wodorotlenek glinu w ilości 12,2-13,8%, denek boru 1,3-2,0%, kwas fosforowy do uzyskania żądanej konsystencji.USSR Patent No. 1,263,672 describes a binder composition for a fireproof compound. The composition includes aluminum hydroxide in the amount of 12.2-13.8%, boron bottom 1.3-2.0%, phosphoric acid to obtain the desired consistency.

Sposób wytwarzania płyt termoizolacyjnych ognioodpornych z zastosowaniem spoiw fosforanowych charakteryzuje się tym, że tlenki żelaza o zawartości żelaza 92% w przeliczeniu na Fe2O3 w ilości 30-40 części wagowych miesza się z kwasem fosforowym w ilości 15-35 części wagowych, a następnie dodaje się 10-15 części wagowych igliwia oraz 0-4 części wagowych bentonitu i 0-15 części wagowych alkoholu etylowego w postaci denaturatu. Kwas fosforowy można częściowo lub całkowicie zastąpić fosforanem glinu, stosując do 60 części wagowych. Przygotowaną masą wypełnia się formę, ubija się i prasuje pod ciśnieniem do 0,2 MPa. The prepared mass is filled into a mold, compacted and pressed under pressure of up to 0.2 MPa. After hardening, the board surface is bonded to a fibreboard or plywood.
