Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest paleta modułowa z krzyżakowymi łącznikami wzdłużnymi, która zawiera trzy krzyżakowe łączniki wzdłużne (6), dwa moduły (1a, 1b) stanowiące swoje lustrzane odbicie, gdzie podział palety na moduły (1a, 1b) przebiega w połowie długości jej dłuższego boku wzdłuż osi poprzecznej palety, gdzie część górna każdego z modułów (1a, 1b) zawiera w części wierzchniej (2) podłużne żłobienia (2a), równolegle ułożone względem siebie i dłuższego boku palety; ponadto podstawę palety stanowią trzy płozy (3) o prostokątnym przekroju, o długości równiej długości palety, biegnące w osi wzdłużnej palety i znajdujące się od siebie w równej odległości, gdzie płozy (3) boczne biegną wzdłuż skrajnych boków palety, ponadto płozy (3) zawierają prostokątne otwory (4) tworząc w bocznej części modułu przestrzeń do wprowadzenia wideł wózka widłowego; oraz płozy (3) w części stycznej paneli zawierają otwór odpowiadający kształtem połowie przekroju części wsuwnej krzyżakowego łącznika wsuwnego, na wprowadzenie krzyżakowego łącznika wzdłużnego oraz cześć wsuwna każdego z trzech krzyżakowych łączników wzdłużnych jest długości równej głębokości otworu płozy oraz w przekroju poprzecznym jest X—kształtny, a krańce elementów wsuwnych są zaokrąglone; ponadto każdy krzyżakowy łącznik wzdłużny zawiera element blokujący w postaci ścianki zamocowanej prostopadle do części wsuwnej na zakończeniu krzyżakowego łącznika wzdłużnego.The subject of the application is a modular pallet with longitudinal cross connectors, which comprises three longitudinal cross connectors (6), two modules (1a, 1b) being mirror images of each other, where the division of the pallet into modules (1a, 1b) runs halfway along its longer side along the transverse axis of the pallet, where the upper part of each of the modules (1a, 1b) comprises longitudinal grooves (2a) in its upper part (2), arranged parallel to each other and to the longer side of the pallet; furthermore, the base of the pallet comprises three runners (3) with a rectangular cross-section, with a length equal to the length of the pallet, running along the longitudinal axis of the pallet and located at an equal distance from each other, where the side runners (3) run along the extreme sides of the pallet, furthermore, the runners (3) comprise rectangular holes (4) creating a space in the side part of the module for inserting the forks of a forklift truck; and the slides (3) in the tangential part of the panels comprise an opening corresponding in shape to half the cross-section of the insertion part of the cross-type insertion connector, for the introduction of the cross-type longitudinal connector, and the insertion part of each of the three cross-type longitudinal connectors has a length equal to the depth of the slide opening and is X-shaped in cross-section, and the ends of the insertion elements are rounded; furthermore, each cross-type longitudinal connector comprises a locking element in the form of a wall attached perpendicularly to the insertion part at the end of the cross-type longitudinal connector.
