Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest słup nośny konstrukcji ogrodowej zwłaszcza pergoli, tarasów, domków ogrodowych czy carportów. Słup nośny konstrukcji ogrodowej jest to kształtownik aluminiowy (1), którego przekrój poprzeczny ma kształt kwadratu. Słup nośny wewnątrz posiada komorę centralną (2), a w dwóch naprzeciwległych rogach ma kanały śrubowe (3). Pomiędzy kanałami śrubowymi (3) z jednej strony w rogu jest komora sucha (4), a naprzeciwlegle do niej jest gniazdo śrubowe (5). Gniazdo śrubowe wewnątrz w rogu ma kanał śrubowy (5a). Po bokach gniazda śrubowego (5) są kanały ledowoprzewodowe (6), które od zewnątrz zaślepione są zaślepkami (6a). Zaślepki (6a) wykonane są z materiału przepuszczającego światło. Słup nośny konstrukcji ogrodowej charakteryzuje się tym, że wewnątrz komory centralnej (2) znajduje się głowica usztywniająca (7) wykonana z blachy metalowej, korzystnie blachy stalowej. Głowica usztywniająca (7) pośrodku (7a) przylega do zewnętrznej skośnej ścianki komory suchej (3), a po bokach (7b) do wewnętrznych bocznych ścianek słupa nośnego (1). Głowica usztywniająca (7) składa się trzech ściany połączonych ze sobą, z których dwie przeciwległe ściany boczne (7b) są względem siebie prostopadłe, a ściana środkowa (7a) jest skośna w stosunku do nich. Głowica usztywniająca (7) na ścianach bocznych (7b) posiada cztery otwory odwadniające, sześć otworów mocujących. Głowica usztywniająca (7) zabezpiecza połączenie w górnej części słupa nośnego (1) z belkorynna.The subject of the application is a load-bearing post of a garden structure, especially pergolas, terraces, garden houses or carports. Between the screw channels (3), on one side in the corner there is a dry chamber (4), and opposite it there is a screw socket (5). The screw socket inside in the corner has a screw channel (5a). On the sides of the screw socket (5) there are LED-conductor channels (6), which are plugged from the outside with plugs (6a). The plugs (6a) are made of a material that transmits light. The load-bearing post of the garden structure is characterized in that inside the central chamber (2) there is a stiffening head (7) made of metal sheet, preferably steel sheet. The stiffening head (7) is in the middle (7a) adjacent to the external inclined wall of the dry chamber (3), and on the sides (7b) to the internal side walls of the load-bearing column (1). The stiffening head (7) consists of three walls connected to each other, of which two opposite side walls (7b) are perpendicular to each other, and the central wall (7a) is inclined to them. The stiffening head (7) has four drainage holes and six fastening holes on the side walls (7b). The stiffening head (7) secures the connection in the upper part of the load-bearing column (1) with the beam gutter.
