Description

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest masa cementowa do wyrobu form i rdzeni odlewniczych, zwla¬ szcza do produkcji odlewów wielkotonazowych.Znane masy cementowe, ze wzgledu na powolne wiazanie zawieraja dodatki aktywatorówjak polifosforany i chlorki typu Ca CU BaCl2, AlCh, KC1 i inne (Klose G. — Giesserei, 1972, nr 5,s. 138).Szybszym procesem wiazania charakteryzuja sie masy z dodatkami szkla wodnego (Chudzi- kiewicz R., Gutowski W. — Przeglad Odlewnictwa, 1973, nr 3, s. 81) lub melasy (patent PRL nr 86 261). Do grupy najskuteczniejszych aktywatorów naleza mieszanina glinianu i zelazianu sodowego oraz glinokrzemianów (patent PRL nr 90 201), glinian sodowy (patent ZSRR nr 304 238, patent PRL nr 86 263) pyl glinu (patent PRL nr 93 260), fluorek sodowy (Warris B. — Swedish Cement, and Concrete Research Institute and The Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm 1968). Przyklad I Masa cementowa ma sklad piasek kwarcowy cement 250 woda szczawian potasu — 100 czesci wagowych — 10 czesci wagowych — 6 czesci wagowych — 1 czesc wagowa2 122313 Przyklad II Masa cementowa ma sklad piasek kwarcowy cement 250 woda szczawian amonu — 100 czesci wagowych — 10 czesci wagowych — 6 czesci wagowych — 0,5 czesci wagowych Przyklad III » * fylasa cementowa ma sklad piasek kwarcowy cement 250 woda szczawian litu 100 czesci wagowych 10 czesci wagowych 6 czesci wagowych 0,43 czesci wagowe Wlasnosci technologiczne mas z przykladów I, II i III w porównaniu z masa bez szczawianów zestawiono w ponizszej tabeli. Naklad 120 egz.Cena 100 zl PLThe subject of the invention is a cement paste for the production of casting molds and cores, especially for the production of large-tonnage castings. Due to their slow setting, known cement masses contain activator additives such as polyphosphates and chlorides of the Ca CU BaCl2, AlCh, KC1 type and others (Klose G. - Giesserei, 1972, No. 5, p. 138). Sands with water glass additives (Chuddziewicz R., Gutowski W. - Przeglad Odlewnictwa, 1973, No. 3, p. 81) or molasses (PRL patent) are characterized by a faster setting process. no.86,261). The group of the most effective activators includes a mixture of sodium aluminate and ferric and aluminosilicates (PRL patent No. 90 201), sodium aluminate (USSR patent No. 304 238, PRL patent No. 86 263), aluminum dust (PRL patent No. 93 260), sodium fluoride (Warris B .- Swedish Cement, and Concrete Research Institute and The Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm 1968). However, a number of the mentioned activators are characterized by a significant aggressiveness towards human skin and model equipment. The aim of the invention is to eliminate the above-mentioned disadvantages by developing a cement mass with a new type of activator. The essence of the invention is to use an activator in the form of alkali metal oxalates and / or of ammonium oxalate, preferably potassium oxalate in an amount of 0.05 to 3.0 parts by weight, preferably 1.0 parts by weight, of the mass. The advantage of the mass according to the invention is that it has a high setting speed, low flaking and is not very aggressive towards human skin and model equipment Example I Cement sand is composed of quartz sand cement 250 water Potassium oxalate - 100 parts by weight - 10 parts by weight - 6 parts by weight - 1 part by weight2 122313 Example II The cement mass is composed of quartz sand cement 250 water ammonium oxalate - 100 parts by weight - 10 parts by weight - Jun 6 parts by weight - 0.5 parts by weight Example III »* cement phyllass consists of quartz sand cement 250 water lithium oxalate 100 parts by weight 10 parts by weight 6 parts by weight 0.43 parts by weight Technological properties of the compounds of examples I, II and III compared to the weight without oxalates is summarized in the table below.
