W mlynach tych w trakcie rozdrabniania wystepuja znaczne sily oporu rozdrabnianego two¬ rzywa co wiaze sie z koniecznoscia instalowania duzych mocy i powoduje zwiekszenie natezenia ha¬ lasu. Znane sa takze mlyny nozowe, w których noze stale sa mocowane równolegle do osi wirnika, a no¬ ze ruchome sa mocowane skosnie do osi wirnika, co powoduje powstanie szczeliny miedzy nimi tym wiekszej im wiekszy jest kat pochylenia, powodu¬ jacej obnizenie wydajnosci mlyna.Znane jest ponadto z patentu PRL nr 94 383 roz¬ wiazanie, w którym noze stale i ruchome sa pochy¬ lone w stosunku do osi wirnika o taka sama wartosc kata przeciwnie do siebie. The use of the solution according to the invention gives the technical effect of a simple construction of the mill characterized by low wear power with high efficiency and at the same time long durability of the blades and smooth and quiet operation. This is achieved thanks to the inclination of the movable knife on the rotor, achieving a point contact of cooperation during grinding, and thanks to the symmetrical cuts of the movable knife, obtaining a constant gap between the knives. The subject of the invention is shown in the example of the embodiment in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 schematically shows the position of the knives in relation to the axis of rotation, Fig. 2 shows the mutual position of the knives in a side view, and Fig. 3 the movable knife in the view.
