Description

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest foeczka z wiekiem z tworzywa (Sztucznego. Beczka ma znajdujacy sie pod szyjka beczki promieniowo wystajacy na zewnatrz wystep, uksztaltowany jako kolnierz.Skierowany (na zewnatrz kolnierz znajdujacy sie na obrzezu zewnetrznym wieka wcisnietego na szyjke beczki przylega do jej kolnierza wtedy kie¬ dy dziala obciazenie osiowe, i piersciien zaciskowy obejmuje z jednej strony dolna powierzchnie kol¬ nierza beczki a z drugiej strony górna powierzch¬ nie kolnierza znajdujacego sie na obrzezu ze¬ wnetrznym wieka, przy czym obrzeze wewnetrzne wystajace ze spodu wieka zwrócone w glab otworu beczki i przylegajace do szyjki oraz pierscien uszczelniajacy wlozony miedzy obrzeze wewnetrz¬ ne wieka, a jego obrzeze zewnetrzne, sa docisniete do górnej krawedzi szyjki.Znane sa beczki, posiadajace na calym obwodzie pobocznicy wystajacy wystep, zachowujacy sie pod wplywem obciazenia, które powstaje po ulo¬ zeniu w stos kilku napelnionych beczek, jak za¬ kladka rozciagajaca, scisnieta nierównomiernie przez obciazenie dzialajace w kierunku osi beczki.Skutkiem tego moze runac stos beczek, a wieko ulec zluzowaniu wraz z utrata zajmowanego przez nie polozenia, zapewniajacego uszczelnienie.Dla wzmocnienia wystepu beczki przewidziane sa pólkoliste, gniazda rozlozone równomiernie na obwodzie wystepu. Sztyw¬ nosc promieniowa wystepu beczki równiez zmniej¬ sza sie wskutek wprowadzenia gniazd. Dlatego nalezy ustabilizowac strefe wystepu przez dodanie materialu w kierunku promieniowym. Ponadto po opróznieniu beczki, w wystepie osadzaja sie po¬ zostalosci usunietej zawartosci.Celem wynalazku jest wyeliminowanie tych nie¬ dogodnosci przy równoczesnym ulatwieniu procesu wytwarzania.Zadanie to rozwiazano zgodnie z wynalazkiem przez to, ze znajdujacy sie pod szyjka beczki pro¬ mieniowy wystep jest uksztaltowany jako kolnierz, którego zwrócone ku sobie powierzchnie zewnetrz¬ ne sa wzajemnie polaczone za pomoca spawania, przy czym górna powierzchnia kolnierza usy¬ tuowana prostopadle do osi wzdluznej beczki, sta¬ nowi ograniczenie dla zewnetrznej powierzchni kolnierza wieka.Przedmiot wynalazku jest uwidoczniony w przy¬ kladzie wykonania na rysunku, który przedstawia fragment glówki beczki z nasadzonym wiekiem, w przekroju podluznym.Z wybrzuszonej pobocznicy beczki wznosi sie 112 744112 744 stopniowo jej glówka i przechodzi w prawie pio¬ nowa strefe pierscieniowa, do której przylega skierowany promieniowo na zewnatrz kolnierz 3.Z zewnetrznego obrzeza kolnierza 3 wznosd sie do góiry szyjka 5, (na swoim obwodzie ma pierscie¬ niowe wystepy i wybrania) usytuowane przemien¬ nie. Na szyjke 5 jest wcisniete wieko 2, majace na obrzezu zewnetrznym skierowany promieniowo na zewnatrz kolnierz 8, który jest zamocowany do kolnierza 3 beczki za pomoca pierscienia za¬ ciskowego 4.
