Description
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest urzadzenie do dwu¬ stronnego suszenia tasmy lub arkusza materialu przez jeden lub kilka poziomów urzadzenia obrób- czego, korzystnie suszarki do suszenia pokrytej tasmy materialu na przyklad z papieru, blony fotograficznej lub folii z tworzywa sztucznego za¬ wierajace komory dmuchowe rozmieszczone wzdluz drogi transportu przystosowane do podawania po¬ wietrza do tasmy materialu w obu kierunkach oraz prostopadle do tasmy materialu.Suszenie przenoszonej pneumatycznie tasmy ma¬ terialu np. z paipieru, przez nadmuchiwanie z obu stron prostopadle do tasmy goracego powietrza jest znane. Wada takiego sposobu jest jednak to, ze efektywnosc nadmuchu jest stosunkowo ogra¬ niczona i na skutek tego uzyskuje sie niewielkie parowanie dyfuzyjne. Prócz tego tasma materialu wprowadzana pomiedzy elementy rozdzielajace po¬ wietrze jest wprawiana w silne drgania, na skutek czego prowadzenie jej jest nieipewne i istnieje niebezpieczenstwo zetkniecia sie tasmy z elemen¬ tami rozdzielajacymi powietrze, co moze spowo¬ dowac uszkodzenia pokrytej powierzchni tasmy.Celem wynalazku jest zwiekszenie oddzialywa¬ nia powietrza po obu stronach tasmy i uzyskanie silnego i jednakowego po obu stronach tasmy parowania dyfuzyjnego prtzy utrzymaniu stabilne¬ go prowadzenia tasmy bez stykania sie jej z ele¬ mentami rozdzielajacymi powietrze.Urzadzenie wedlug wynalazku charakteryzuje sie tym, ze komory dmuchowe sa rozmieszczone po obu stronach tasmy materialu tak, ze naprzeciw kazdej komory domenowej podajacej powietrze prostopadle do tasmy materialu jest usytuowana pod materialem komora dmuchowa podajaca po¬ wietrze równolegle do tasmy materialu. Kazda ko¬ mora dmuchowa podajaca powietrze prostopadle do tasmy materialu jest wyposazona' w elementy do przemieszczania komory dmuchowej w plasz¬ czyznie pionowej.Komory dmuchowe sa wyposazone w zespoly oddzielnie sterujace iloscia powietrza doprowadza¬ nego do tych komór.Przedmiot wynalazku jest uwidoczniony w przy- kladzie wykonania na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia urzadzenie w przekroju wzdluznym, fig. 1A — komore dmuchowa do nadmuchu wzdluz¬ nego w widoku perspektywicznym, a fig. IB — komore dmiuchowa do nadmuchu prostopadlego w przekroju poprzecznym.Urzadzenie ma komory la, Ib przeznaczane dla wyplywu powietrza równolegle z kierunkiem prze¬ biegu tasmy materialu 1 usytuowane ponad tasma i pod tasma, oraz komory 2a, 2b usytuowane po- nad i pod tasma materialu 1 do podawania po¬ wietrza prostopadle na tasme materialu 1. Komory dmuchowe 2a sa ustawione na przemian z ko¬ morami la po stronie górnej tasmy materialu 1, a komory dmuchowe 2b sa ustawione naprzemian z komorami ustalajacymi Ib po stronie dolnej tas- 102180102180 3 my materialu 1. Komory la i Ib sa usytuowane na calej dlugosci A—B tasmy materialu 1 naprze¬ ciw komór dmuchowych 2a i 2b. Pomiedzy komo¬ rami dmuohowymi i komorami ustalajacymi znaj¬ duje sie przestrzen posrednia 9. Przestrzen posred¬ nia 9 jest polaczona z nie pokazana na rysunku instalacja ssania jednej lub kilku dmuchaw.Przedstawiona na fig. 1A komora ma obudowe 6 z dwiema plaskimi czesciami 6a, przykrywy gór¬ nej które sa rozdzielone czescia srodkowa 6b dla utworzenia dwóch szczelinowych otworów wyply¬ wowych 8 do wyplywu strumienia powietrza 4, 4'. Szczeliny wyplywowe 8 moga skladac sie z usytuowanych szeregowo perforacji. Skosne kra¬ wedzie 6c komory cisnieniowej zwrócone sa do przestrzeni wewnetrznej, zas kierunek 10 oznacza droge powietrza powrotnego do wymienianej prze¬ strzeni posredniej 9.Na fig. IB obudowa 7 komory dmuchowej po¬ siada otwory 5, które sa przeznaczone do nadmu¬ chiwania strumieni powietrza 3 prostopadle do tasmy materialu. Kazdy rzad takich otworów — mozna zastapic odpowiednia szczelina, która jest przeznaczona do nadmuchiwania zwartego, szero¬ kiego strumienia powietrza prostopadle do tasmy materialu. Wymieniona poprzednio przestrzen po¬ srednia 9 jest usytuowana pomiedzy komora dmu- ohowa (la, Ib) a sasiednia komora (2a, 2b) PLThe subject of the invention is a device for drying a web or a sheet of material on both sides through one or more levels of a processing device, preferably a dryer for drying a web of material coated with, for example, paper, photographic foil or plastic film having blowing chambers arranged along the path. Transport adapted to supply air to the material belt in both directions and perpendicular to the material belt. Drying of an air-borne material belt, for example, of pauper, by blowing from both sides perpendicular to the belt of hot air is known. The disadvantage of this method, however, is that the efficiency of the blowing is relatively limited, and as a result, little diffusion evaporation is obtained. In addition, the material web introduced between the air separating elements is made to vibrate strongly, as a result of which its guidance is unreliable and there is a risk that the web will come into contact with the air separating elements, which may damage the coated surface of the web. Increasing the interaction of air on both sides of the belt and obtaining a strong and equal on both sides of the diffusion evaporation belt by maintaining a stable belt guide without contact with the air separating elements. on both sides of the material belt such that opposite each air supply domain chamber perpendicular to the material belt is a blowing chamber below the material supplying air parallel to the material belt. Each blowing chamber feeding air perpendicular to the material belt is equipped with means for moving the blowing chamber in a vertical plane. The blowing chambers are equipped with units separately controlling the amount of air supplied to these chambers. Fig. 1 shows the device in longitudinal section, Fig. 1A - longitudinal blowing chamber in perspective view, and Fig. 1B - perpendicular blowing chamber in cross section. Ib are intended for the outflow of air parallel to the direction of the material belt 1 located above the belt and under the belt, and chambers 2a, 2b located above and below the material belt 1 for feeding air perpendicularly on the material belt 1. Blow chambers 2a are alternating with chambers la on the upper side of material web 1, and blowing chambers 2b alternating with mouth chambers on the lower side of the material 1. The chambers Ia and Ib are located along the entire length A-B of the material belt 1 opposite the blow chambers 2a and 2b. Between the blast chambers and the holding chambers there is an intermediate space 9.
