Abstract

This utility model relates to a precast concrete block comprised of Portland cement, corrugated bars and aggregates mixed with water. There are five variety of block sizes for this utility model intended for flooring, walling, stairs and other spaces with inaccurate measurements. It is about four times wider than that of a conventional hollow block and 30% to 40% more economical in terms of usage. It is also designed to utilize space as it is thinner without sacrificing the quality. It follows the standard Class A mixture ratio in terms of solid concrete strength and performance. This precast concrete block has extended reinforced bars on each side to easily connect each block together through welding. Both surfaces of the blocks don't need any more plastering and finishing cement as it is designed to be ready for skim coat and painting.
