Abstract
Provided is a radiant cooling and heating apparatus with which water droplets generated on the surface of a cooling and heating radiant panel due to the condensation of moisture in the air during cooling operations can be purified and used. The radiant cooling and heating apparatus includes a cooling and/or heating surface which is constituted of a cooling and heating radiant panel, a drain outlet which is provided in a water droplet-receiving portion below the cooling and heating radiant panel in order to discharge water droplets generated on a surface of the cooling and heating radiant panel due to condensation of moisture in the air during cooling operations, and a storage tank for storing and reusing condensed water discharged from the drain outlet, in which the supplied condensed water comes into contact with a far-infrared radiation substance in the storage tank and/or comes into contact with a far-infrared radiation substance outside the storage tank and then circulates into the storage tank.
