Abstract
REFERIDO A UN APARATO PARA REALIZAR PROCESOS HIDROMETALURGICOS BAJO CONDICIONES PRESURIZADAS. DICHO APARATO CONSISTE DE UN REACTOR VERTICAL ALTO Y UN REACTOR HORIZONTAL PRESURIZADO LOCALIZADO DEBAJO DEL MISMO. EL REACTOR VERTICAL POR SU PARTE COMPRENDE DOS TUBOS ENCAJADOS, DE MODO QUE LA PARTE SUPERIOR DEL TUBO INTERIOR ESTA EQUIPADA CON UN MEZCLADOR DE CORRIENTE DESCENDENTE Y ELEMENTOS QUE INTENSIFICA LA ABSORCION DEL GAS SUMINISTRADO EN LA LECHADA, TAL COMO VENTURI. LA LECHADA ES ALIMENTADA EN EL TUBO INTERIOR PARA QUE FLUYA HACIA ABAJO Y EL GAS DE REACCION ES ALIMENTADO EN LA PARTE SUPERIOR DEL TUBO INTERIOR EN UN PUNTO POR LO MENOS. EL REACTOR VERTICAL ESTA CONECTADO EN SU SECCION INFERIOR CON UN REACTOR HORIZONTAL TIPO AUTOCLAVE, EL CUAL ESTA EQUIPADO CON MEZCLADORES RADIALES EFECTIVOS PARA MANTENER EN MOVIMIENTO LA SUSPENSION DE LECHADA Y PARA CONSEGUIR UN FLUJO ASCENDENTE PARA TRANSPORTAR LA LECHADA DE SUSPENSION EN EL TUBO EXTERIOR DEL REACTOR VERTICAL. EN EL METODO LA DURACION DEL TIEMPO DE CONTACTO QUE SE PRESENTA BAJO PRESION ENTRE EL GAS Y LA LECHADA ES EXTENDIDA POR MEDIO DEL REACTOR HORIZONTAL
