EL MENSAJE DE TRANSFERENCIA ES DESDE LA RED HACIA LA TERMINAL MOVIL A FIN DE INICIAR EL ESTABLECIMIENTO DE LA CONEXION CONMUTADA DE CIRCUITO Y LOS RECURSOS DE TRANSMISION.
