Abstract
A method of storing conifer somatic embryo germinants on germination medium for delayed transplanting into growing medium. The method comprises placing the germinants in a cold environment in the range of 1o-5oC for a period of up to two weeks while they are still on the germination medium. The germinants are then removed from the cold environment and transplanted into a potting medium for further growth.
