Abstract
Fremgangsmåte for katalytisk avsvovling av krakkede freiksjoner 1 benslnkokeområdet til akseptable svovel- nivåer Jinvender et begynnende hydrobehandllngstrinn for å avsvovle føden med noe reduksjon av oktantall, og etter dette blir det avsvovlede materialet behandlet med en selv-bundet eller bindemiddel-frl zeolltt for å gjenopprette tapt oktan. Prosessen kan utnyttes for å avsvovle katalytisk og termisk krakket nafta slik som FCC nafta såvel som pyrrolyse av bensin og koksnaftaer, mens man opprettholder oktan for å redusere krav om reformat og alkyJat 1 bensinblandingen. Den selv- bundede katalysatoren innebærer fordeler når det gjelder aktivitet og tillater at prosessen blir gjennomført ved lavere temperaturer.
