Abstract
Vannbehandlingsinnretning, især et transportabelt rensesystem for vann som 1 pumpes fra mannhull og utstyrshvelv. Separasjon av vann og forurens- ningsstoffer blir gjennom med et femmodulsystem. De første moduler fjerner 98 % av faste stoffer fra avfallsvanns- j trømmen ved bruk av en rekke vaffelpla- ter. Modul 2 fjerner fri olje som er tilstede i væskestrømmen med en koal- iserende vann/oljeseparator. Den tredje modulen fjerner faste stoffer som frem- deles finnes i strømmen, som er større enn 20 mikron, ved bruk av et størrel- sesdiskriminerende filter. Den fjerde og ; den femte modul er bindingstanker som brukes til å innkapse hhv hydrokarboner ¿ og tungmetaller. Den sekvens i hvilken den forurensede strøm entrer hver av modulene er essensiell for effektivitet- en av filtreringsprosessen. Rensefilte- ret for vannbehandlingssystemet som har evnen til å fjerne små faste partikler og hydrokarboner som er tilstede i en væskestrøm er en filtreringsanordning som kan brukes enten i forbindelse med l allerede eksisterende prosesser eller som en frittstående enhet. Rensefilteret kan brukes for marine, kommersielle i eller industrielle aktiviteter. Små faststoffer vil bli diskriminert etter størrelse ved et fjernbart og utskift- bart posefilter. Inne i posefilteret er det et rensefilter-bindingsmedium, hydrokarbon-innkapslingsagens som brukes til å separere og binde emulgerte og oppløste oljer. Dette bindingsmedium er oppbevart inne i en porøs membranpose som er også fjernbar og utskiftbar. Bruk !av denne innretningen i tillegg til allerede eksisterende utstyr som benyt- tes av sjøgående fartøyer og kommer- sielle og industrielle aktiviteter vil forbedre rengjøringsprosessen og hjelpe med å tilfredsstille lokale, nasjonale og internasjonale lover om rent vann for utslipp fra skip og vannbaserte akti- viteter.
