Abstract
Det er beskrevet en kontinuerlig fremgangsmåte for opparbeidelse av tynnsyre fra tltandioksydfremstll- 1Ingen ved sulfatfremgangsmåten. Fremgangsmåten er kjennetegnet ved at a) tynnsyren nøytraliseres delsvls l et første trinn med ammoniakk til pH-verdler fra 4 til 6 ved tempera- turer over 50'C inntil kokepunktet for oppløsnlgen, fortrinnsvis fra 70'C til 110'C, b) de dannede tungt oppløselige forbindelsene av metallene titan, vanadium, krom, aluminium og delvis Jern fra a) fraflltreres og fllterkaken vaskes eventuelt og opparbeides ytterligere, c) filtratet og eventuelt vaskevannet fra b) nøytrali- seres med ammoniakk til pH-verdler på ca. 7 og oksyderes samtidig med luft/oksygen, d) de dannede tungt oppløselige forbindelsene av metallene Jern og delvis mangan fra c) fraflltreres og fllterkakene vaskes eventuelt og opparbeides videre, e) filtratet og eventuelt vaskevannet fra d) under- kastes for fjernelse av magnesium og mangan en reaktiv ekstraksjon ved temperaturer fra 60 til 95*C, for- trinnsvis fra 70 til 90'C, ved at ej) et ammonlumsalt av et fosforsyrederlvat eller et fosfonsyrederlvat bringes l en organisk oppløsning i kontakt med filtratet l motstrøm, hvorved ammonium- lonene vandrer inn l filtratet og magnesium- og mangan- lonene l den organiske oppløsningen, 63) den organiske oppløsningen befris ved tllsats av vandig svovelsyreoppløsnlng for magnesium og mangan under dannelse av svovelsur, vandig, magneslumsulfat- holdlg, mangansulfatholdlg oppløsning, 63) den organiske opplesningen fra 63) blandes med ammoniumhydroksyd og anvendes Igjen l e^), f) etter fjernelse av magnesium og mangan underkastes den vandlge ammoniumsulfatoppløsnlngen fra e), eventuelt en fordampnlngskrystalllsasjon, for dannelse av fast aromonlumsulfat.
