Abstract
Piperazinyl-derivater med den generelle formel (I), hvori Rrepresenterer substituert fenyl, 1- eller 2-naftyl, aza-naftyl- eller diazanaftylgrupper; n er 1, 2, 3 eller 4; X er -O- eller (1) , hvori Rer hydrogen, C-alkyl eller C.-cyklo-alkyl; Y er =0 eller =S eller =NZ, hvori Z er hydrogen, C^-s-alkyl eller -CN og Rer valgt fra en gruppe bestående av forskjellige strukturer, er blitt funnet å ha høy affinitet for forskjellige reseptor subtyper omfattende 5-HT-reseptoren, 5-HT-reseptoren, alfareseptoren, dopamin-reseptoren eller en kombinasjon av disse, og kan derfor anvendes til behandling av forstyrrelser i CNS-systemet, det kardiovaskulære system og mage/tarm-kanalen.
