Abstract

Foreliggende oppfinnelse vedrører en fremgangsmåte for fremstilling av lignolytiske enzymer ved hjelp av phanerochaete chrysosporium, hvorved a) en kultur av hvitråtesoppen phanerochaete chrysosporium anbringes i en rørerløs, lukket beholder (1), b) under dreining og svinging av beholderen (1) oppnå der pellets av phanerochaete chrysosporium og c) deretter høstes enzymet.
