Abstract

En laboratorieozonolyseanordning (100) av strømningstypen i henhold til oppfinnelsen innbefatter et reservoar (104), en matepumpe (102) et blandeelement (120) med to innløp og ett utløp, en reaktorenhet (110) og et trykkjusteringsmiddel (160), alle koblet til en strømningsvei. Ozonolyseanordningen (100) innbefatter videre en ozonkilde (110) og en utdelingsventil (112) som overfører en gasstrøm bare i en enkelt retning og er installert mellom ozonkilden (110) og ett av innløpene til blandeelementet (120). Matepumpen (102) til ozonolyseanordningen (100) i henhold til oppfinnelsen er en væskepumpe som genererer en konstant volumrate, reservoaret (104) inneholder minst substansen, som en løsning, som skal utsettes for ozonolysereaksjonen og reaktorenheten består av første og andre reaktorsoner med ulik funksjon i forhold til hverandre. I strømningsveien er utløpet fra den første reaktorsonen koblet til innløpet av den andre reaktorsonen. Videre er et innløp for innmating av substanser innsatt i strømningsveien mellom reaktorsonene, og trykkjusteringsmidlene (160) er installert i strømningsveien etter reaktorenheten og er tilveiebrakt med en elektrisk styrt styring.
